Email campaigns are powerful tools for reaching your prospects and customers. However, their success depends heavily on the sending method and the choice of sending email.
In this article, find out how to configure your Gmail, Outlook or any other SMTP provider to work with Magileads . You can then easily optimize your email campaigns.
Choose how to send your emails
Before launching an email campaign, it is important to choose the appropriate sending method and sending email. Two main alternatives are available to you:
Option 1: Mass mailing
Mass mailing allows you to send large volume campaigns quickly. This method is effective for reaching a large audience, but it may result in a lower open rate. Here's how it works:
- Routing via Magileads : Emails are sent via the Magileads platform. You can configure an alias for these sends. The alias is the email address visible to your prospects, but is not used for actual mailings.
- Alias (Artifact) : This alias hides the sender's real email address. It's a way to manage your email identity while using Magileads for mass mailings.
- Invisible Magileads : Magileads will never appear in the headers of emails sent via mass mailing, thus ensuring the transparency of your communications.
Option 2: Sending from your email box
Sending emails directly from your email inbox can increase your response rates by enabling more personalized communication with each prospect. Here are the benefits and how to configure this method:
- Increased response rates : By communicating on an individual level, you personalize the interaction, which can result in better reception of your emails.
- Connection to Magileads : You can connect your email boxes to the Magileads platform. Emails sent via Magileads will appear in the “Sent Emails” tab of your mailbox.
- Sending Limits : To prevent your emails from being marked as spam, it is recommended to limit sendings to 100 emails per day per sender.
