In the software, you can create your text templates or HTML email templates which will be used in your next emailing campaigns

Or go to the “Templates” tab.

You will view all of your models already created by theme
Example: LinkedIn, SMS or VMS message models.
To do this, select the theme button on the left under » Models »

To Create a template, you must click on the “Create email template” button

Two possibilities for creating your messages:

• Using a text editor : Create a rich text message
• By a Template editor : Create a graphic message
  
  INFO : If you want to prospect through prospect engagements, we strongly recommend that you use textual templates for your initial email and your reminders.
  
  Graphical models are rather used for your customers or lead nurturingLead nurturing is a technique which consists of maintaining a relationship with prospects who are not yet mature or for whom your previous actions have failed, because they are too early.

Creation of a message using the text editor
Select the option »By a text editor »
An editor page will open

INFO : This editor will behave like a Notepad, Word, etc. text editor. libreoffice, Google Doc… but with additional functions like “Variables”

Model name : Save name area for your model that you will find in your message lists.
Model subject : Name that the prospect will see in the subject of the email when receiving your message.
Tags : Labels, assigned to elements, in order to find them more easily when searching in the software.
Folder : Allows you to save your lists in folders in order to structure your different messages.

Variables

Dynamic variables allow you to personalize your message to make it unique and human.

It therefore allows you to create dynamic and personalized content for each prospect.

The dynamic variable corresponds to the fields in your contact list.

INFO : The more columns you have in your list, the more you can personalize your message

Insert a dynamic variable into email text

1. Go to the message text box

2. Place your cursor where you want to place dynamic content

3. Click on the “Variables” icon and select the desired variable

3. Select the desired variable – it will appear in the “Message” field

Insert a dynamic variable in the subject of an email

1. Go to the message text area
2. Place your cursor where you want to place the dynamic content
3. Click on the “Variables” icon and select the desired variable

3. It will appear in the “Message” field

4. Copy/paste the variable into the “Subject” field

Configuration of variables
You can substitute a variable with text if your column does not have all the fields filled

Example : If you do not have all the civilities, then you can replace it with “Madam, Sir” or any other text.

You must check this box so that it can be taken into account during your prospecting.

Import / Manage my documents
If you wish to insert documents into your message, it is strongly recommended to import them into our prospecting software.

This will allow for much better derivability of your messages, because everything will start from the same place which is authenticated by our system.
This will avoid being considered spam or phishing.
